One-bedroom apartment  is a luxury apartment of approx. 35 m2.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people who appreciate high standards and are looking for something special for themselves. The interior is designed with top-class materials and attention to every detail. The internet is a fast fiber-optic connection, which also allows for seamless remote work! 

In the apartment there are:

Living room – equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a Scandinavian-style armchair, coffee table, a table with 4 chairs, and a smart TV. 

Kitchen – combined with the living room and fully equipped to make you feel at home. You have at your disposal a dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle. In the kitchen you will find tableware, cutlery, mugs, glasses and wine glasses, frying pans, pots, and kitchen utensils. 

Bedroom – with a large comfortable bed for 2 people. You will also find a wardrobe and bedside tables there. ​

Bathroom – modernly finished with a shower, hairdryer, towels. There is a set of toiletries in the bathroom.​

Sauna is within reach - the sauna on the ground floor of the building is available to every guest.

The entire estate is monitored, with controlled access. 

On the premises there is external and underground parking available for an additional fee. 

It is possible to have breakfast in the facility at the restaurant served a la carte or as a buffet. Breakfast is served in the originally designed Laguna Restaurant located on the premises of the complex.
