Living room – equipped with a comfortable fold-out sofa, Scandinavian style armchair, coffee table, table with 4 chairs and smart TV. 

Kitchen – connected to the living room and fully equipped making you feel at home. At your disposal is a dishwasher, stove and fridge, electric kettle. In the kitchen you will find tableware, cutlery, mugs, glasses and wine glasses, pans, pots, and kitchen utensils.

Bedroom – with a large comfortable bed for 2 persons. You will also find a wardrobe and bedside tables.

Bathroom – modernly finished with shower, hairdryer, washer-dryer, and towels. The bathroom includes a set of cosmetics.

Balcony is a huge asset of this apartment - when you open the window you come out onto a beautiful balcony equipped with garden furniture set.

Sauna is within reach - located one floor below, making it even more comfortable to use. The building also features a gym.

The whole estate is monitored, with secured access. 

On the premises there is outdoor and underground parking available for an additional fee. 

It is possible to have breakfast in the restaurant served a'la carte or buffet style. Breakfast is served in the uniquely decorated Laguna Restaurant located on the complex grounds.
