Emerald Apartment is a luxurious 35m2 apartment, located on the ground floor of the new Laguna Beskidów apartment building.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people who appreciate a high standard and are looking for something special for themselves. The interior has been designed with top-class materials and attention to every detail. The internet connection is a fast fiber-optic connection, which also allows for seamless remote work! 

The apartment includes:

Living room – equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, Scandinavian-style armchair, coffee table, table with 4 chairs, and smart TV. 

Kitchen – connected to the living room and fully equipped, making you feel at home. At your disposal you have a dishwasher, cooktop and oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine. In the kitchen, you will find tableware, cutlery, mugs, glasses and wine glasses, frying pans, pots, and kitchen utensils. 

Bedroom – with a large comfortable bed for 2 people. You will also find a wardrobe and bedside tables there.​

Bathroom – modernly finished with a shower, hairdryer, towels. A set of toiletries is provided in the bathroom.

Terrace is a huge asset of this apartment - opening the window you step out to a beautiful green terrace equipped with a garden furniture set.

Sauna is within reach - located opposite the apartment, making it even more comfortable to use. There is also a gym on the premises.

The entire estate is monitored, with controlled access. 

There is outdoor and underground parking available for an additional fee. 

It is possible to have breakfast at the facility, served a la carte or in buffet form. Breakfast is served in the uniquely designed Laguna Restaurant located within the complex.
