Living room – equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a Scandinavian-style armchair, a coffee table, a table with 4 chairs, and a smart TV. 

Kitchen – connected to the living room and fully equipped to make you feel at home. At your disposal, you have a dishwasher, a cooktop, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. In the kitchen, you will find dinnerware, cutlery, mugs, glasses and wine glasses, frying pans, pots, and kitchen utensils. 

Bedroom open to the living room with a large comfortable bed for 2 people. 

Bathroom – modernly finished with a shower, a hairdryer, towels, and a set of toiletries.

Sauna is within reach - a sauna on the ground floor of the building available to every guest.

The entire estate is monitored, with secured access to it. 

On the premises, there is outdoor and underground parking available for an additional fee. 

It is possible to have breakfast in the restaurant on the premises, served a'la carte or buffet style. Breakfast is served in the uniquely decorated Laguna Restaurant located within the complex.
