Living Room – equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, Scandinavian-style armchair, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, and a smart TV. 

Kitchen – connected to the living room and fully equipped, making you feel right at home. At your disposal you have a dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The kitchen contains dinnerware, cutlery, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, frying pans, pots, and kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms – with a large comfortable bed for 2 people. There is also a wardrobe and bedside tables.

Bathroom – modernly finished with a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and towels. A set of toiletries is provided in the bathroom.

Balcony is a huge asset of this apartment - when you open the window, you step out onto a beautiful balcony, furnished with garden furniture.

Sauna is within reach - located one floor below, which makes using it even more comfortable. The building also houses a gym.

The entire estate is monitored, with controlled access to it. 

On the premises there is external and underground parking available for an additional fee. 

There is an option to have breakfast at the facility served a la carte or buffet style. Breakfast is served in the originally decorated Laguna Restaurant located within the complex.
