We love global culinary inspirations but we don’t forget to pay homage to what is “ours” – local and seasonal. Mushrooms from the surrounding forests, honey from local apiaries, game, fish – we gladly serve limited "off-menu" dishes whenever fresh deliveries of local products arrive.
To provide our Guests with the best possible culinary experience, one they will want to return to, we have introduced live cooking elements to our offer. Our waiters and chefs serve and perfect selected dishes on oak carts, which is a unique experience in the region. In the dining area, we also have the iconic Berkel slicer, on which aging hams are continuously sliced and served as antipasti – an additional attraction for our Guests. The open kitchen is a prestigious solution that we have mainly implemented to provide our Guests with additional visual experiences – from experience, we know that watching the process of dish preparation and the restaurant life "behind the scenes" is very popular.
