Living room – equipped with a comfortable fold-out sofa, a Scandinavian-style armchair, a coffee table, a table with 4 chairs, and a smart TV. 

Kitchen – connected to the living room and fully equipped will make you feel at home. You have at your disposal a dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle. The kitchen also includes tableware, cutlery, mugs, glasses and stemware, frying pans, pots, and kitchen utensils. 

Bedroom – with a large comfortable bed for 2 people and a smart TV. 

Bathroom – modernly finished with a shower, hairdryer, towels, and a set of mini hotel cosmetics. 

Guests have access to a modern gym equipped with modern, essential equipment and a free sauna. The building has a public ski/bike storage, an elevator, and a reception providing Concierge services.

The entire estate is monitored, with restricted access.

There is an option to have breakfast in the restaurant served a la carte or buffet style. Breakfast is served in the originally designed Laguna Restaurant located within the complex.
